We will have access to your accounting records in cloud based accounting software providers (such as, but not limited to, Xero and MYOB). We will strive to maintain the privacy of the data when we log into your accounting records, however, we encourage you to ensure you also exercise the highest level of online security for your personal logins when using these cloud based software providers.

We utilise cloud based software providers and the information may be backed up or stored in an overseas location.

Use & Disclosure of Personal Information

We collect and hold your personal information to provide our services to you and in organising other services on your behalf from third parties related to our services, to inform you of new services and offers and to comply with statutory and contractual obligations placed upon us.

We will disclose your personal information to the extent it is required to provide our services to you and if required by law.

People we may disclose information to include (but is not limited to):

  • Government and associated bodies for the purpose of statutory reporting on behalf of you or your business.
  • Other organisations to arrange services on your behalf (such as Xero and MYOB).
